What is the maximum loan amount I can get under DCB Micro Home Loan?

You can avail maximum loan amount up to Rs.15 lakh depending upon your eligibility and property value.


Can I avail tax rebate on my DCB Micro Home Loan?

Yes. You can take a tax rebate under sec 80C for an amount of Rs.1.5 lakh against Principle and under sec 24(2) for an amount of Rs.2 lakh against interest of house property income of the Income Tax Act.


Can I get a provisional and actual interest certificate if yes, when would I get it?

You can get both provisional and actual interest certificate. Provisional certificate can be taken at any point of time during the financial year, however actual interest certificate is dispatched to all the customers after end of every financial year.


Do I require to give co-applicant or guarantor for my loan? If yes who can stand as co-applicants / guarantor?

A co-applicant or guarantor is required for processing the loan. You can include your spouse, children or parents as co-applicant / guarantor to the loan. In case the property has joint owners, all the owners are supposed to stand as co-applicants.


Can I get in principle sanction of loan before identification of property?

Yes, you can avail an in principle sanction of the loan even before identification, basis your income eligibility.


What can be the maximum period for my loan?

You can avail a maximum tenure of 15 years, depending upon age of the applicant and property at time of loan maturity.


Can I repay my loan earlier than the due date?

Yes, you can repay your loan at any time during the loan tenure, by paying foreclosure charges. However prepayment is not permitted within the first 12 months from loan disbursal date.


Can I take a Micro Home Loan where DCB Bank branch is not present?

We only offer Home Loans in cities where either we have a branch or presence of retail asset centres.


Are there any additional charges, apart from what is mentioned in the schedule of charges, which I need to pay for Micro Home Loans?

Yes, these additional charges would be in the form of stamp duty / intimation of mortgage and is to be paid to the government on LOR basis of the stamp duty grid of your respective state.


How soon can I get my property papers back post foreclosing of loan?

Your original property documents would be returned in 15 days from the date of closure of loan on our system.


How would I get statements, repayment schedule, interest certificates and list of documents?
