Self-employed

What is the maximum loan amount I can get under Micro Business Loans?

You can avail maximum loan amount upto 10 lacs from us depending upon your eligibility and property value.

 

 

Do I require to give co-applicant or guarantor for Micro Business loans? If yes who can stand as co-applicants/guarantor

Yes, either a co-applicant/guarantor is required for processing of loan. You can include your spouse, children and parents as co-applicant/guarantor to the loan. In case property has joint owners all the owners are supposed to stand as co-applicant.

 

What can be the maximum period for my Micro Business loans?

You can avail a maximum tenure of 10 years, depending on the age of the applicant and property at time of loan maturity.

 

Can I repay my loan earlier than the due date?

Yes, you can repay your loan at any time during the loan tenure. However prepayment is not permitted within first 12 months from loan disbursal date. We also offer flexible part prepayment options, for details pls. refer to schedule of charges.

 

Can I take a Micro Business loan where DCB bank branch is not there.

We only offer Micro Business loans in cities where either we have a branch or presence of retail asset center.

 

Are there any additional charges, apart from what is mentioned in the schedule of charges, which I need to pay for Micro Business Loans.

Yes, these additional charges would be in the form of stamp duty/Intimation of Mortgage and is to be paid to the government on LOR basis the stamp duty grid of your respective state.

 

How soon can I get my property papers back post foreclosing of loan?

Your original property documents would be returned in 15 days from the date of closure of loan on system.

 

How would I get statements, repayment schedule, interest certificates & List of Documents?

You may place request for Statement of Account or Repayment Schedule or Interest Certificate in either of the following ways:

Can I get a Mico Business loan on my industrial property or vacant commercial property.

No, we don’t accept industrial & vacant commercial property as acceptable collateral under Micro Business loans.
